How do I search for products or services across the different brands?

    • The global search bar at the top of LiveLifeAll.com allows you to search the entire ecosystem. You can use the "Filter by Brand" option to narrow results specifically to Holisticall, Parentsall, or WorkLifeAll.

Can I purchase items from different sub-sites in one checkout?

    • Yes. Our "Unified Cart" system allows you to for example add a parenting guide from Parentsall and a wellness product from Holisticall and pay for them in a single transaction.

What if I want to sell my services or products on one of the sites?

    • Navigate to the "Become a Vendor" page. You can apply to be a vendor for a specific niche (e.g., a Massage Therapist for Holisticall.com) or as a general merchant across the entire marketplace.

How do I become a vendor on the platform?

    • Select Become a Vendor during registration. You will be asked to provide your business details. Once submitted your details will be reviewed for approval within 5 days.

Does my store appear on all sub-sites?

    • Your store will appear where your products are categorized, Ex. on Parentsall.com and on the main LiveLifeAll.com marketplace.

How do I manage my listings?

    • Vendors have access to a Vendor Panel where you can add products, set pricing, view sales analytics, and update your availability for services.

How to get help and ask questions?

    • For product or service questions regarding a marketplace item, click on “Ask a question” on the right side of the listing. This will allow communication directly with the Vendor. 

Can I call or email the Vendor directly?

    • No, please use our site communication and messaging features as per our our Terms of Service, communicating directly via phone or email with vendors will cause the Vendors to violate their service agreement with us as well.

How do I contact a vendor before buying?

    • On every product or service page, there is a "Message Vendor" button. This opens a secure chat window where you can ask specific questions.

Are my messages private?

    • Yes. Messages are private between you and the vendor. Please keep all communications within the site messaging to ensure you are protected by our platform's Terms of Service.

How will I know if I have a new message?

    • You will receive an email notification and a "red dot" alert on the bell icon in your top navigation bar whenever a vendor or buyer replies.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with an order?

    • Vendors are the seller of record and provide full service for their goods and services. Our marketplace is a processor that enables a variety of vendors to sell their goods and services. All order issues, returns, and policies are provided by the Vendor directly. The user can contact Vendors directly through the site messaging function.

What payment methods do you accept?

    • Paypal provides all payments methods including Paypal transfer, all major Credit/Debit cards and more.

Is my payment information secure?

    • Absolutely. Payments are made through Paypal which provides world class security for payments. We at Live Life All does not track or store your payment details.

Can I pay in installments?

    • Depending on your region, Paypal may provide various payment options, including installment payments.

What is LiveLifeAll and its Sites?

    • LiveLifeAll is a comprehensive marketplace allowing Vendors to list their products and services directly to consumers. The ecosystem, including sites such as Holistic All for Holistic living, Parents All for Parenting needs, and Work Life All for all your work and operational needs.

Do I need an account to purchase items?

    • While you can browse our marketplace freely, creating an account is required to complete checkout, track orders, manage wishlists, and process return requests. You can register using an email address or via Google single sign-on.

How do I track my order?

    • Log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section, or use the "Track my order(s)" link provided in the main menu to view real-time status updates.

Do I  need separate accounts and logins for the sites?

    • No. Your LiveLifeAll account serves as a Universal ID. Once registered on the main site, you can navigate and transact across all sub-platforms without needing to re-login. After initial registration, you can also connect your Google login account for simplified login.

Is my personal data shared across all sub-sites?

    • Yes, to provide a personalized experience, your profile and preferences are synced across the ecosystem. You can manage specific privacy settings in your "Master Profile" on Livelifeall.com.

How do I create a buyer account?

    • Register by clicking on My Account at the top right hand corner then “Register”.This will enable one to purchase goods and services or message Vendors or Site support and more. You may also browse the site without registration. 

Can I use my account on ParentsAll.com and Holisticall.com?

    • Yes. Your login is universal. Once you sign up on any of our sites, your credentials work across the entire ecosystem.

    • You can apply by visiting the "Become a Vendor" page. Once approved, you may use the Vendor Panel to list your products and services. Review "Training for Vendors" resources to help you set up your storefront and list products.

How do I get my products featured on the homepage?

    • Vendors can apply for our "Get Featured on our Site" program to increase visibility by appearing directly on the homepage.

Q: Who handles shipping and returns for my order?

    • Live Life All connects buyers directly to vendors. The vendors are the sellers of record and are solely responsible for all elements of the transaction from shipping to handling of returns or refunds.

    • A: We at Live Life All are the processor, Vendors are the seller of record and responsible for all aspects of the product and transaction. We do not certify or make any claims regarding the goods and services being sold on our marketplace. Site content and products are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Vendors are solely responsible for product safety, labeling, and claims.
